Worst customer service ever...#galivnizedpail.com

This was the conversation stream from our office manager to Galvanizedpail.com.  Avoid doing business with them. They don’t understand customer service and obviously don’t need any business. This was actaully and email stream...they put all this stuff in writing!

$6.39….If we order 225 for a special BUCKET LIST promotion--can we get a better
price and shipping charges to  zip code 33021


Them-We need to determine if there is an issue with our website.
What is the unit price you are being charged online and what is the shipping
cost indicated online?

Us-I did not get that far--I am asking you ..they were like $6.oo plus
Something and I did not see a zone for shipping. I am asking if you have a discount on
225 and what the shipping would be to 33021  zip code


Them-That is what we thought.
Please take your business elsewhere.


Us-I will take my business elsewhere--thank you for suggesting that


Them-You are welcome.
We have been in business more than 20 years.
Our sales greatly outpace production.
So we have the luxury of choosing who we do business with.
All the information you requested was available online with much less effort
then sending these emails.
That is a huge red flag.
Every item has a discount table and getting the shipping cost is as easy as
typing in your zip code.
So you are either not very bright or you are attempting to set us up for
some sort of scam.
Either way you are way too much trouble to deal with.
Glad to see you go elsewhere.


Customer Service



Us-Well...our company has been in business for over 30 years.
And...I am not sure WHO you think you are by talking to potential customers
this way.Most companies give a discount on orders of 225 pails or a large order
totaling over $1300.00If you're the owner of this company I pity your employees. If you are a
employee I pity the owner of this company for such poor customer service.
I have placed my order elsewhere--do not send us any more negative comments




Them-So you still aren't getting it.
And that is why we don't want your business.
As we said previously, there is a discount table for every item we sell.
Hard to believe you are so stupid you missed it.
Your incompetence has caused your company to have to pay a higher price now.
You will be out of business soon enough.
We are done with you.
