First thought was, although the visual appeal of the graphics is great is does nothing to sell your product, which I am pretty sure is exotic travel packages. This takes up so much of he real estate above the fold. Maybe a 30 second clip of an actual trip would be more powerful.
Secondly, if the small banners are your own sites and you are using them for link backs etc then fine, otherwise focus the site on your product and lead a prospect to an offer (your unique selling points)
