Me-This has been SO much fun....sorry you missed out on our order...in case you didn't realize it..."Bucket List" events in the travel industry are the next big thing this year....I could have recommended you instead of sharing your wonderful (?) "Customer Service" with the world.

Them-We are having a record sales year. Our two manufacturing plants are running at 100% capacity 24/7/365 and demand for our products is still outpacing production.
You on the other hand can’t spell, have an overinflated sense of self-worth and generally speaking aren’t very bright.Three years from now you will be out of business. Three years from now our third manufacturing plant will be complete and we will still be the number one seller of galvanized products in North America and we will still not want your business.Have a nice day neglecting your business so you can slam ours.We are still waiting for the “DeVia” effect to take hold.

Them-We need to determine if there is an issue with our
website.
What is the unit price you are being charged online and what is the shipping
cost indicated online?

Us-I did not get that far--I am asking you ..they were
like $6.oo plus
Something and I did not see a zone for shipping. I am asking if you have a discount on
225 and what the shipping would be to 33021 zip code
Them-That is what we thought.
Please take your business elsewhere.

We have been in business more than 20 years.
Our sales greatly outpace production.
So we have the luxury of choosing who we do business with.
All the information you requested was available online with much less effort
then sending these emails.
That is a huge red flag.
Every item has a discount table and getting the shipping cost is as easy as
typing in your zip code.
So you are either not very bright or you are attempting to set us up for
some sort of scam.
Either way you are way too much trouble to deal with.
Glad to see you go elsewhere.

employee I pity the owner of this company for such poor customer service.

business with them. They don’t understand customer service and obviously don’t
need any business. This was actaully and email stream...they put all this stuff in writing!
